Joseph Musacchio CEO of nextSource, has created a world-class procurement solutions company dedicated to innovation and customer service. Mr. Musacchio's 25 years of experience in the technology, procurement and staffing industry includes expertise in the areas of sales and marketing, business and corporate development, product management, operations and venture capital financing.
Prior to joining nextSource in 1998, Mr. Musacchio spent five years as a Senior Vice President for a major international staffing firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for developing the Vendor Management "Procurement Solution" for a leading telecommunications company. This innovative approach to Vendor Management resulted in over $100 million in savings for the customer while resulting in a $700 million increase in revenue for his firm.
Innovations by Mr. Musacchio's include: "The "Wheel of Service" featuring the first People Auction, a Web-based platform that allows customers to source consultants at significant savings without the risk of co-employment. He also created the Multiple Listing Staffing Association, an organization of staffing agencies modeled after the multiple listing service for the real estate industry.

John Sculley After graduating from Brown University, John Sculley earned a Wharton MBA. He joined PepsiCo moving up to Pepsi-Cola Company Marketing SVP where he oversaw the launch of the first plastic softdrink bottle giving Pepsi a major hit product in their competition with The Coca-Cola Company.
Later as Pepsi-Cola Company CEO, "Pepsi Generation" and "Pepsi Challenge" became two of the most successful campaigns ever enabling Pepsi to pass Coke as the largest selling packaged softdrink in the U.S.A.
Recruited by Steve Jobs to Apple as CEO, Sculley helped Jobs launch the first Macintosh with the now famous "1984" TV commercial and introduce to the world, "Apple Desktop Publishing". Sculley's most successful hit product launch in the late 1980's was Apple's award winning design "Powerbook"enabling Apple to become the largest selling PC in the world.
After 10 years as Apple CEO, Sculley joined Sculley Brothers, a family office investment firm. He is currently a venture partner at Rho Capital Partners and co-founder and/or board member of several private companies ( Openpeak; Watermark Medical; XL Education; SCF Capital; SCF Transformx; and IdenTrust ).
Sculley's investment thesis is to mentor successful serial entrepreneurs helping them build transformational growth equity companies based on disruptive business models enabled by innovative high technology and sales channels.
